Rose Invest is a unique and individual property development company founded by Natalie Sykes.
As a qualified interior architect, Natalie spent more than two decades working across the UK, Europe, US, UAE, and Africa on a diverse range of projects for private owners and investors. These include the development of vineyards, leading spa and golf resorts, luxury villas, high quality bakeries and cafes, renowned cookery schools, Michelin-starred restaurants and the turnaround of exclusive, historic hotels, castles and estates, regeneration hotel groups such as Malmaison and iconic venues such as BAFTA.
Natalie served as a trustee and board director at the Grade II Thackray Medical Museum, Leeds, where she was directly involved in the redesign of the events centre, the retail shop and a retender process for the café. She also named and styled Café Duke at 116 Pall Mall, London, the prestigious headquarters of the IoD and inputted into the renovation of its public spaces.
She was chair of the regeneration charity Groundwork Federation, where she served for eight years and was directly involved with the redevelopment of Kirkgate Station, Wakefield. Natalie was personally involved with the development of the Beacon at Catterick Garrison which offers veterans support and skills to enable them to return to civilian life.
Today, Natalie is Managing Director for James Wilby Holdings Limited which holds land and light industrial properties in West Yorkshire, Board Member to West Yorkshire Combined Authority’s Business Board, Non-Executive Director for the Royal Armouries Museums, Council Member for the Road Haulage Association (RHA) and judge for the Northern Power Women Awards.
